Unfortunately, you can’t make any changes to your application once you’ve submitted it.

Can I change the email address I’ve registered with?
Yes, you can update your email address at any time, sign in to your account with your User ID and Password. On the next page, you can access your account information and edit your email address.

What if I have forgotten my user name/passcode for my Careers profile?
Your user name is the email address you used to create your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login page. If you don’t find a position that was previously shown on the site, then it is filled or is no longer available. You can also check the status of any job you’ve applied for by starting a Job Application, then clicking the “My Job page” tab and the “My Submissions” subsection near the top of the search results page. The current status for all jobs to which you’ve applied will be shown on the “My Submissions” page. You cannot check your individual applicant status on a job; however, you can check the general status of a job posting to see if it is still open. From the Job Application, click the “My Job page” tab and the “My Submissions” subsection near the top of the search results page. My account seems to be locked. What should I do?
You are not entering the correct password. At the login page, enter your user name, then click “Forgot Password.” You’ll be asked to re-enter your user name and your e-mail address. Click “OK.” Within a few minutes, you’ll receive an e-mail that will include a new access code and a link to a page where you’ll be able to reset your password.

I am unable to upload my CV, what should I do?
Your resume might have failed to upload for any of the following reasons: The resume file was too large or not formatted correctly. Try verifying the size and format, and upload your document again! We cannot accept files uploaded as compressed files (zip) or images. If Internet connection failed during the upload process click the refresh button on your browser.

Is my personal data safe when I apply online?

How can I withdraw my application?

I was contacted by an organization / individual claiming to act on behalf of FJ Assurance Bank Plc. Is this legitimate?
We are aware of some incidents whereby certain individuals, claiming to act on behalf of FJ Assurance Bank, have contacted potential job seekers or candidates and made false offers or promises of employment with us. These false offers or promises of employment have also involved requests to the potential job seekers or candidates for payment of money against ‘fees’ on account of placement fee, application fee, caution deposit, etc. Please note that FJ Assurance Bank does not, under any circumstances, require money or payment from applicants during the recruitment process. Any such false job or employment related communications, whether requiring payment of money or not, that appear to originate from NMB Bank are unauthorized and fraudulent in nature.

Does FJ Assurance Bank PLC provide field training for university students?
Yes, FJ Assurance Bank enrols University students to undertake practical trainings in different areas of the bank for a period of 2-3 months. The internship must be in line with the students’ field of study. Students who are to be considered for internship must be enrolled in a degree program and are either in their 2nd or 3rd year of academic study.

When and how can I apply for field training?
There are three intakes per year i.e. in March, July and October. The applications are received only one month before the scheduled intake. Send your application letter attached with University letter for field training request to Head Office or a nearby Zonal Office attention Human Resources.

Does FJ Assurance Bank offer Graduate trainee program for fresh graduates?
Yes, FJ Assurance Bank has a Graduate Trainee program. Details can be accessed by contacting the HR department.
